Laura McKee

Senior Lecturer in Fashion Merchandising

Laura McKee is a Senior Lecturer in the Fashion Merchandising & Design program at UNA. She joined UNA in 2014 from the fashion industry and has seventeen years of experience in the field, including twelve years with Gap, Inc. Her industry experience is centered around retail business, merchandising, visual presentation, and consumer behavior. In her time at UNA, she has grown the fashion program to include two concentrations: Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design. At UNA, the focus has been updating the curriculum to offer content that aligns with current industry trends and creating community partners that welcome student interns. The Fashion Merchandising & Design program hosts a semi-annual fashion show showcasing work from UNA's Fashion students.

Professor McKee holds an undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising from Louisiana State 91国产. She received her Master of Science in Fashion Merchandising from North Dakota State 91国产 and is currently completing her Doctorate at Iowa State 91国产.
